The Compact Select Lateral Raises lever machine is designed for the specific development of the lateral deltoid through a guided and stable movement. Its standing execution allows you to replicate the lateral raise with a controlled trajectory, focusing the stimulus on the shoulder and avoiding the usual compensations seen with dumbbell exercises.

Its plate load system offers direct and progressive resistance throughout the entire range of motion. The independent lever arms allow for unilateral or bilateral work, promoting symmetrical development of both shoulders, while the dual grip positions (high and low) enable variation of the working angle and adaptation of the exercise to different user heights.
