Lever Squat Lunge: squat, lunge, and deadlift in a single machine

The Fitness Tech Pro Series Squat Lunge lever machine is a plate-loaded, guided-path standing machine that allows users to perform squats, lunges, Bulgarian squats, deadlifts, shrugs, and rows. It reproduces the movement of free weights with the stability of a machine and covers lower-body and part of upper-body training in a single piece of equipment.

It is suitable for functional training centers, sports clubs, and strength rooms looking to offer a variety of exercises without taking up the space of several machines. Its compact design and wide base facilitate integration into rooms of different sizes.

The structure combines Q235 steel and 50 × 100 × 3 mm oval tubing, while the double-layer electrostatic powder coating protects the finish against continuous contact with plates and footwear.

Independent levers for unilateral or bilateral training

Each lever moves independently, allowing users to train one leg or both at the same time. This makes it possible to identify and correct imbalances between both sides and promotes symmetrical muscle development. The movement is smooth and continuous, with the natural feel of free weights.

Three pairs of handles at different heights

The machine features three pairs of non-slip handles positioned at different heights, adapting to users of different heights and expanding grip and exercise variations. The bearings mounted in aluminum housings ensure smooth movement, while the two storage holders keep unused plates organized.
