The Power Squat lever machine Compact Select is inspired by the classic hack squat but with a specific incline that optimizes the movement technique. Designed for intensive work on the quadriceps and glutes, it allows focusing the effort on the target muscles without improperly loading the lower back.

Its plate-loaded system offers direct and progressive resistance throughout the entire range of motion. The padded shoulder supports distribute the weight comfortably over the trapezius muscles, while the inclined platform allows different foot placements to vary the emphasis between quadriceps and posterior chain, adapting to users of any height.
