The Compact Select Dual Lever Bench Press and Military Press Machine allows you to perform both horizontal and vertical pushing from a single station, covering the complete workout for the pectorals, deltoids, and triceps. Its guided design replicates the free press trajectory with greater control and safety, without the need for a spotter or stabilizing the bar.

Its plate-loaded system offers direct and progressive resistance with each repetition. The adjustable backrest allows switching from a lying to an inclined and vertical position, changing the push angle and muscle emphasis, while the independent lever arms promote symmetrical development and correction of imbalances between sides.

Adjustable Backrest to Cover All Push Angles

The ability to adjust the backrest turns this machine into a complete pushing station: horizontal press for pectorals, inclined press for upper pectorals, and military press for deltoids. The leg support rollers secure the body in the more vertical positions, preventing the user from shifting when pushing heavy loads. It also includes 6 anchor points for resistance bands (3 per side) to add variable resistance to the movement. Built on a Q235 steel tube frame measuring 50 × 100 × 3 mm with a galvanized anti-corrosion coating, it guarantees stability and durability under heavy loads and intensive use.
