Lever Leg Curl: Hamstring Training with Independent Work for Each Leg

The Fitness Tech Pro Series Lever Leg Curl machine is a kneeling leg curl with plate loading and a guided path, designed to isolate and strengthen the hamstrings, with involvement of the calves. It reproduces the feel and range of motion of free weights with the control of a machine and keeps the effort focused on the back of the thigh.

It is a suitable option for physical preparation centers, sports clubs with strength rooms, and resort fitness rooms, and is accessible to all levels thanks to its comfortable entry and exit. A padded knee support, two support pads, and two upper handles keep the user stable throughout the exercise.

The frame is made of Q235 steel and 50 × 100 × 3 mm oval tubing, while the double-layer electrostatic powder coating preserves the finish against continuous contact with plates and footwear.

One Lever and One Roller for Each Leg

The machine features two levers with padded rollers that move independently, allowing each leg to follow its own path. This prevents the dominant leg from compensating for the weaker one and enables balanced training or single-leg work when the routine requires it.

Kneeling Position with Padded Supports

The knee support and support pads secure the body in the working position, while the upper handles allow users to hold on firmly during each repetition. The load is mounted with Olympic plates on both sleeves, and the two frame-mounted supports store plates that are not in use.
