Isolateral Lever Row: Independent Arms and Diverging Movement

The Fitness Tech Pro Series Isolateral Lever Row machine is a Dorian-style row with plate-loaded resistance and a guided movement path, designed to isolate and strengthen the lower back, trapezius, teres major and minor, and rhomboids. It reproduces the feel and range of motion of free weights with the control of a machine.

It is suitable for fitness centers with a large strength area, sports clubs, and mid- to high-end gyms, and is accessible to all levels thanks to its comfortable entry and exit. The user braces against a chest pad, the seat height is adjusted with a hydraulic gas spring and lever, and the base features footrests for a stable position.

The frame is constructed from Q235 steel and 50 × 100 × 3 mm oval tubing, while the double-layer electrostatic powder coating protects the finish from regular contact with plates and footwear.

Independent Arms with Diverging Movement

The two lever arms move independently, so each side follows its own path and the dominant side cannot compensate for the weaker one. The diverging movement opens the arms during the pull, follows the natural mechanics of the back, and promotes a more intense contraction in the final phase.

Chest Support and Assisted Seat Adjustment

The chest support keeps the torso stable throughout the movement, ensuring that the effort is placed on the back muscles. The assisted adjustment allows the seat height to be adapted without standing up, facilitating shared use in busy training rooms. The resistance is loaded with Olympic plates on the two sleeves, and the six frame-mounted storage pegs hold plates that are not in use.
