Isolateral Low Row Plate-Loaded Machine: latissimus dorsi, trapezius and biceps with independent arms and divergent movement

The Fitness Tech Pro Series Isolateral Low Row plate-loaded machine is a guided row machine designed to isolate and strengthen the latissimus dorsi, trapezius and biceps. The pull starts from a low position and replicates the feel and range of motion of free weights with the control of a machine.

It is suitable for university gyms, municipal sports centers and performance facilities with high user turnover, and is accessible to all levels thanks to its comfortable entry and exit. The user braces against a chest pad, adjusts the seat height with a hydraulic gas spring and lever and has footrests at the base.

The frame combines Q235 steel and 50 × 100 × 3 mm oval tubing with a double layer of electrostatic powder coating, a construction designed to withstand constant contact with plates and footwear.

Independent arms with divergent movement

Each lever arm moves independently, so each side follows its own path and the dominant side cannot compensate for the weaker one. The divergent movement separates the arms during the pull, follows the back's natural mechanics and promotes a more intense contraction at the end of the movement.

Supported torso and seat adaptable to every user

The chest pad keeps the torso stable throughout the set, ensuring that the effort is placed on the back muscles. The assisted adjustment allows the seat height to be adapted without standing up, which is useful in facilities shared by users of different heights. The load is mounted with Olympic plates on both sleeves, and the four frame-mounted storage posts hold plates that are not in use.
