SHIPPING POLICY

AVAILABILITY

Occasionally, and due to causes that are difficult to control such as human errors or issues in computer systems, it is possible that FitnessTech is unable to deliver any of the purchased products to the customer. In that case, we will contact the customer before shipping.

FitnessTech will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the customer in the order form does not match reality or has been omitted.

SHIPPING COSTS

For mainland Spain, shipping costs are free for orders over €40.

Occasionally, products related to rubber floors and tatami may incur a product preparation cost that will be shown once the product is added to the cart.

Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, or International destinations may have surcharges. For these destinations, shipping will be quoted under budget.

For orders outside Spain Mainland, shipping costs are configured according to the customer's address at the payment gateway.

Shipments are made within 24/48 business hours after receiving confirmation that the order has been correctly placed.

SHIPPING SPAIN AND PORTUGAL PENINSULA

Delivery is normally made within 48H; however, due to the volume of some items and workload, it may be extended up to a maximum of 15 business days. In any case, events beyond Fitness Tech's control may occur that could delay delivery.

Fitness Tech will provide information about the shipment status at all times; for any questions, you can make an inquiry at pedidos@fitnesstech.es indicating the order number. 

SHIPPING FRANCE

SHIPPING TO OTHER GEOGRAPHIES

Delivery is usually made within 2-5 days; however, due to the volume of some items and workload, it may extend up to a maximum of 20 business days. In any case, events beyond Fitness Tech's control may occur that could delay delivery.

Fitness Tech will provide information about the shipment status at all times; for any questions, you can make an inquiry at pedidos@fitnesstech.es indicating the order number.

24H DELIVERY SERVICE

The latest time to opt for 24H delivery is 14:00; after this time, depending on the location, it may not be possible to deliver within 24H and it will be delivered within 48 business hours.

ORDER DELIVERY METHOD

All shipments over 30kg are delivered to the street level. The delivery person is not obliged to carry the package up to the customer's home if the package weighs more than 30kg. If home delivery is necessary, we offer a service that can be contracted on our website.

RETURN POLICY

Fitness Tech guarantees its customers the possibility to cancel their order at any time and at no cost as long as the cancellation is communicated before the order has been handed over to the carrier for shipment.

The customer will have a period of fourteen calendar days from receipt of the order to return the product by contract cancellation or due to finding a defect, provided that the product retains its original packaging, unopened and unused. Except for floor products such as tatamis and tiles which once delivered, if the order meets what was promised, cannot be returned. The customer will notify Fitness Tech within the stipulated period and by any legally accepted means of their desire to exercise the right to cancel the contract. The returned order must be delivered along with the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice issued to Fitness Tech, with the customer bearing the return shipping costs.

The customer may return any item purchased from Fitness Tech as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. In these cases, Fitness Tech will refund the purchase money through the same method used for the purchase, a credit card refund, or by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer. If the product does not come in its original packaging, with all its components and in good condition, a discount may be applied to the refund corresponding to the damage caused.

If a product different from the one requested by the customer is delivered due to an error by Fitness Tech, it will be collected and the correct product will be delivered at no additional charge to the buyer.

If the customer refuses delivery of the product, shipping and return costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Damages detected by technicians may also be deducted. 

Regarding assembly, the estimated timeframes are 6 to 10 business days from order confirmation and product receipt at the customer's address. However, these timeframes may be extended up to a maximum of 15 business days, depending on the availability and workload of the assembly network.

In the event that any machine (Smith machine, lever machines, cardio, selectorized, etc.) is assembled by the customer and not by an authorized professional from our brand, Fitness Tech, the company will not assume any responsibility for possible incidents arising from such assembly. We strongly recommend that installation be carried out exclusively by our specialized technicians. Likewise, if the product has a defect or flaw and the assembly was not performed by our team, the item cannot be returned.

Additionally, for security and compatibility reasons, returns of cables, pulleys, or spare parts will not be accepted when the error in selection is not attributable to Fitness Tech, provided the product correctly fulfills its intended function.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be accepted when a return is approved. The customer has a waiting period of 7 days after accepting the return, and the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.

To request a return, a refund, or both, the customer must contact the corresponding department through our email incidencias@fitnesstech.es.

INCIDENTS

Incidents must be reported within 14 days from the receipt of the order. Once the incident is opened, the information requested by the technical team must be provided within 7 days. Subsequently, the incident will be closed and cannot be reopened for the same reason. Incidents must be reported to: incidencias@fitnesstech.es
